Goal/Aspiration:

To lead with curiosity over certainty, and build a career that compounds rather than just rises.

I Can Help With...

Reframing strategy problems, finding the simplest version of a complex pitch, and being honest when an idea isn't working yet.

Fun Fact:

I've through-hiked four states and can identify any mushroom you definitely shouldn't eat.

Goal/Aspiration:

To build companies that solve real problems for real people, and to know the difference.

I Can Help With...

Storytelling for non-storytellers, pitch prep, executive communication, and getting unstuck when the message just won't land.

Fun Fact:

I once won a regional debate championship arguing the opposite of what I actually believed.

Anatomy of a Card

Every element
does a job.

A Stoa card isn't decoration — every piece is engineered to spark a real conversation and remember a real person. Here's why each part is there.

  • The Action Shot

The front photo captures someone doing what they love — climbing, coaching, playing, performing. It's a conversation starter before anyone says hello.

  • The Headshot

On the back: a clean, professional headshot. Useful when people are matching faces to names, and when the card gets shared in a professional context.

  • Goal / Aspiration

One sentence about what someone is working toward. It's the fastest way to know what matters to them right now.

  • I Can Help With...

The most valuable square inch on the card. It tells the rest of the cohort exactly when to reach out — and turns vague networking into specific asks.

  • Fun Fact

The thing people actually remember a week later. It's what makes someone go from "name on a card" to "person I want to grab coffee with."

  • The QR Code

Links to LinkedIn, a personal site, a portfolio — whatever you choose. The card stays a keepsake; the connection stays one tap away.

The Story

Why we're
called Stoa.

In ancient Athens, a stoa was a colonnade — a long, open-air walkway with a roof and columns. It was where philosophers gathered, where merchants traded, and where strangers became friends. It was, in the most literal sense, where networks happened.

A whole school of philosophy — Stoicism — got its name from one: the Stoa Poikile, the painted porch in the Athenian agora where Zeno of Citium taught his students. The idea that walking together, side by side, was the best way to think and connect, became foundational.

That's why we named the company ΣΤΟΑPRONOUNCED STOH-AH — because every cohort, every team, every group worth remembering is its own kind of stoa. A gathering of people, walking together for a season, exchanging ideas and helping each other become.

Stoa Cards turns that gathering into something you can hold. A deck. A keepsake. A roster of the people who walked with you. We started with one MBA cohort, and we're building from there — one school, one company, one wedding, one reunion at a time.

The Process

Four steps to
a finished deck.

We handle the heavy lifting — design, layout, printing, and delivery. You provide the people and the story.

01

Discovery Call

We learn about your group — the mission, the inside jokes, the format that makes sense. Usually 30 minutes.

02

Collection

We send each person a short form: photo, jersey number, three short prompts. You don't lift a finger.

03

Design & Proof

Our designers build the deck in your brand colors. You approve a proof before we hit print.

04

Ship & Smile

Premium card-stock printing, individually packaged. Delivered to your door, ready to hand out.

Investment

Three decks. One craft.

Pricing depends on what each person walks away with. Social decks are smaller and personal. Cohort decks let every member trade with everyone. Corporate decks are built to travel beyond the event.

Who They're For

Built for groups
worth remembering.

01

MBA, Law & Med Cohorts

The handshakes get forgotten — the cards don't. Every member walks away with the whole class in their pocket.

02

Singles Conferences

Skip the awkward "how do I find you again?" Cards trade the moment, contact stays. The QR closes the loop.

03

Weddings & Family Reunions

The keepsake people actually keep. A wedding party deck or family reunion set that gets pulled out years later.

04

Corporate Conferences

Speakers, attendees, sponsors — a deck that becomes the conference's signature takeaway and travels home with everyone.

05

Leadership Retreats & Offsites

Hand them out at the kickoff. By the end, everyone knows who can help with what — and how to reach them.

06

Founding Teams & Boards

Mark the moment. Document who was there at the start. A trading card outlasts a group photo.
